  10. We've had a terrible time getting the printer to stick to the delivery schedule on the Schweitzer's Soda posters.  I believe it is still possible to meet the deadline for delivery to the distributors, but it's going to be close.

  12. There are two reasons for the delay.  We were set back almost a full week when we discovered errors in the artwork.  These mistakes should have been caught by my staff.  We are going to change some procedures to prevent this from happening in the future.

  14. The second problem is that we increased the printing order by over 50% at the client's request.  The printer couldn't handle it, and it was too late to find another.  We found another shop to augment the first, but we were already behind.

  16. As I said, I think we will still make the deadline of June 5, but it's going to take some serious babysitting.
